Description
This kindergarten math worksheet provides an opportunity for young learners to practice addition facts within 20 in a colorful and engaging manner. Using ten frames, students will compose numbers ranging from 11 to 19 by using a ten and some ones. To complete the worksheet, students will be prompted to compose each number using the ten frames provided and then write an equation to match the ten frames. Using the ten frames addition strategy is an effective way to help students develop their number sense, identify patterns, and gain practice in composing numbers.
